App is getting worst, previously I still can top up using the app, but recently it keep loading on the top up page. Only good for this app is we can keep track on the timing of time when we take the transport so that we can have the discount of whole journey within 2hrs, and 45min interval between every trip, other than this, I do not see any better benefit for this app, also we not able to see the amount at the granty, suggest at least we can see it both at the granty and this app.

i want to cry using this app. i really dont know why it takes so long to load the top up page when it used to be better. the concept of simply go is not simple at all, it hides the balance of your cards and makes it so bloody hard to keep track, and you're forced to rely on these kinds of apps to see balance. at least you're reminded to top up the next time you ride the public transport, i don't live near the mrt. pls do better

Great Grace
Terrible experience using SimplyGo app which has bug on iPhone app where the confirmation button is outside screen if you set assesibility for Large fonts and zoom in display. The confirm button is below the page which is still OK but the problem is that when you scroll up the page will just spring back down as you lift your finger to try to press the confirm or save button. This serious bug cause user not able to complete the task and could not press the confirm or save button. Buggy app.
